Water changes

Some of you may know I'm cycling my 20g fowlr tank at the moment. I just wanted to ask how often will I be doing water changes. I was thinking every 2 weeks. I also plan on having maybe 4 fish.
My equip:
- aquaclear70 w/stock media
-aquac remora nano skimmer
-1 565gph pump

Water changes are a matter of opinion.. Some people do no water changes at all but I would say 10% every two weeks on a 20 gallon FOWLR tank would be sufficient.

I would say it depends on the tank bioload, nutrient export strategies in place, and finally what you are trying to achieve with the water changes.
