I change about 10% about every week since my tank is so new. I have a small pump in the sump and one in my mixing barrel. Pump out 5g into a bucket and pump it from mixing barrel back into sump until my ATO sensor says it's full. Slowest part is my drain pump is a cheap amazon 50gph like I use in my ATO so it takes a few minutes to drain.
