To replenish anything that you can't measure.

Thanks but i understood that all for reef has trace elements in it
Oh, did not know that you are dosing anything. If you are sure there needs no replenishment of what is necessary or removal of anything that is high enough in concentration to cause harm, then you don't need to do a water change.

Ease off the changes, watch your nutrients and do an icp test in a couple of months.
If you have corals they might consume calcium and alk, so check those weekly.

I have not done a water change in over 2 years and I have a mixed tank of LPS and Acropora corals and fish.
Water changes are great when the chemistry in the tank gets "out-of-wack". This helps re-stabilize the tank again.
I dose everything that the tank needs and as long as it stays stable I do no water changes.
I also ICP test every three months to check for things that I am unable to check for.
I have an APEX system and monitor the tank every day while doing cal/alk test every week and mag every month.

Whats your dosing regiment like? Just wondering if there's anything I should add to my arsenal.

This is all for a 200 gal tank which are inherently quite stable do to the volume of water. I most likely would do things differently on a tank 50 gal or under as you do not have a lot of time to correct problems with those volumes.
I dose Cal and Alk daily through apex and mag as needed by hand.
I also dose the recommendations of the ICP test weekly. ICP will suggest a dosing regime after about 3 or 4 tests based on the previous tests. I dose these weekly - Iodine, Vanadium, Zinc and Manganese.
I also dose AB+ from red sea daily.
Anytime I start to see problems within the tank I send out an ICP test. I don't often see problems. So, every three months is pretty standard for me sending out ICP tests.
My last test had high lithium, which seems to be quite benign, but I am currently eliminating things (types of food) one at a time between tests to see if the lithium is affected.

Thanks everyone FOR your reply I have a 160l that 35 gallons I think and using topic marin all for reef
