sorry to bug everyone again not fully understanding some water chem so first is disolved oxygen in the water the seahorse training manual says that the disolved o2 should be 6-7 mine is closer to 8 i am not fully understanding why this is bad and my kh is 10.9 and the maual says it should be between 5-7 I have been having problems with male seahorse pouch gas and have uped the water changes to 3 times a week at10-12% per change i have no air lines so how would i lower these readings thank you

What is your water temperature, nitrates, and phosphates? Also water flow in terms of gallons per hour/gallons of tank (liters per hour /liters of tank is same ratio)
dKH of 10.9 is high, but not problematic. Stable is better than not stable dKH. Alkalinity will help buffer pH swings.
Gas in pouch can be a bacterial infection or a retained fry from a recent birth. The dead fry will decompose and produce gas. Were you able to get the gas out of the pouch?

Thank you for the response it is a 120 with 40g sump temp72-73 sal 0,022 the nitright 0 phos o.15ish (lightr than the first color on the nutrafin test kit) amo 0 nitrate 10 ish3 15% water changes a week) mag and cal in range dissolved o2 is 8 ph 8.4 I had done a dimox bath for 6 days and did get all his air out he is doing good right now trying to flirt to his girlfreind he has not had a preg that i know of what is the desiered dkh and how would i get it there i really want my babies to be happy and health thank you oh it turns over about 15 times an hour

Water parameters sound good. 2 things that most likely happened. bacterial infection or a retained fry from a previous pregnancy. Sometimes the first pregnancy is small and it can be easy to miss a pregnancy the first time.
I recommend keeping SH at SPS quality levels. nitrates <5ppm, phosphate <0.03, dkh 7-10 (keep stable not up and down in that range), Calcium 400, Potassium 400. I prefer to do larger water changes on a less frequent basis. maybe 30% every 30 days. Large water changes will drop any bad things faster than small changes. This is a personal thing.... Consider making a DIY algae reactor to put chaeto in to keep Nitrates and Phosphate low. I am also not a big fan of macro in the tank. I use Chaeto in a reactor and have a bit of dragons breath. Most macro algae are sources of parasites and pathogens. If you do add caulerpa, make sure to quarantine it for 45 days and pick it on a regular basis. If caulepra goes sexual, it can kill the tank. Picking it reduces the chance of this happening
