Water chemistry help

Hi everyone I’m pretty new to water chemistry and I’ve been running this tank since October of last year, my current levels are
Kh = 10.2 dkh
Mg = 1380 ppm
Ca = 460 ppm
I wanted to know how I can drop alkalinity other than constant water changes? And if it’s normal for a tank to take a while to get more coral? Currently I just have 2 occelaris clowns, pistol shrimp and 1 zoa who opens up occasionally! Anything helps thank you !!!!!

Okay! I buy premade saltwater from my lfs and they use Red Sea pro and I’ve been using that since the beginning and for water Changes

Which has a lot of dkh probably why my alkalinity is pretty high I’ll look into changing to mixing my own salt.

Yep. Red Sea Pro is a elevated parameters salt.

You need to figure out what kind of tank you want to create. LPS, SPS, Soft.
Based on this, plan the composition of waters, light, flow.

It is always a good idea to be able to make your own saltwater, but if you don't have any lps or sps corals in the tank then I wouldn't worry too much about your alk level yet. I never even checked those parameters until I started adding stony corals.
