My corals will not grow! I can not get my chemistry right. Mag is1485….calcium is 495….ph is 8.0….alk/hard is15.00
Phosphate is.03….nitrate is 50. Everything is high. I have a 30 gallon tank. Use instant ocean reef crystals. Temp 79.
Salt .025. My corals have never grown but now are shrinking! I cannot get it balanced!

What light are you using? Par? Are you overlighting your tank? Also, think about getting a refugium to lower nitrates.

Have you verified salinity?

Whoa @ that alkalinity. Drop it down and watch the corals respond.

Don’t drop it too quickly, though. But maybe target 9 or so.
