What is the best location to get a water container? I am looking for a 15 to 35 gallon container to hold RO water.

HD or Lowes Brute force Garbage Can. You can also check for food grade barrels on craigs list in your area. I found old pickle barrels 55G cheaper than the Burtes $20.

Thanks for the reply.. I am looking to keep it small because of space constraints.

I am going to check HD and Lowes. Thanks!

If anyone has any other sites or ideas let me know.

Try places like Tractor Supply or any farm supply store. They usually have some good deals on a variety of water containers.

I just got a 35 gallon container that used to store pork meat for shipping. If your local grocery store has a meat department go ask them if they can part with one or two. With a good cleaning they are perfect buckets for water as they are food grade.

I am using tall kitchen trash containers with fliptop lids that I picked up from wall mart. And a 32 gal brute from home depot. just about any brute or rubbermaid receptacle is good.

i get mine for free from craigslist from a local cheese factory 15gallons up to 55 gallon food grade barrels

You could also check usplastics.com. IIRC they sell food grade containers in various sizes and configurations that may help with your space issues. I'm thinking of going to them for the same reasons.

I've ordered from them. They have a huge selection of all shapes and sizes and shipping is reasonable and timely.

Brute trashcans have been used by myself and many. Decent price, strong and readily found. I've seen some people store them up high and install bulkheads for easy gravity fed dispensing.
