Water Depth for Reef Octopus NW-150-6530B ?

I got this skimmer used, with a recent tank purchase. I looked at the Reef Octopus website and can't find this model. Kinda lost here.

I'm using a 30L for my sump. (30L x 12W x 16H) How deep does the water need to be in the skimmer compartment? I need to make a list of different size baffles to start cutting.

Mine was in somewhere between 8 to nine inches of water if I remember correctly.

I just looked at my own pictures. There's a stain /water mark on the side of the darn thing!

I just bought the same skimmer also used! From what I've found it is the same as what is now called the classic 150.

HAHAHAAA!! I was just discovering the same thing. At first I was completely baffled. Couldn't find anything on it.

Have you used it yet?

Seems like overkill for a 90g LPS reef -- my plan. I may get a smaller unit, or use an old Odysee PS75 I have lying around.

No, but the guy I bought this setup from was using it on a 90. I'm collecting parts for a 125
