I am going to have to adjust my baffles to keep water level constant. This is going to raise water level to 8.5"-9" for my 5000 internal skimmer.
It is hard for me to keep the skimmer adjusted with my sumps water level not staying consistent. If I raise the baffle where my skimmer is to 8.5" it will at least keep water level the same all the time.
Anyone else keeping the sro internal skimmer in this much water?
I do not want to add a higher stand for skimmer sit on.

I run my SRO 3000 int in ~8" of water and it does fine. I know on the 2000 it is recommended that it sit in 5.5-6" of water, but have never had a problem running my 3000 a little deeper.

I have the 1000 sitting in 5" of water. The total sump depth is about 8" so I build a small stand to raise it up.
