The anemone keeps on moving to under my rock. I believe its water flow problem as my light ( as I've been told and is a current usa marine led ( older version not pro) supposedly is not bright enough to hurt it. I have a JBJ 45 gallon with returns coming out from the middle top of the tank. Is it Ok to move him around to see if he will like a place not under rock? He is 3/4 under the rock
Look at the picture he has moved from where he is in the picture to behind him in the rock opening
Suggestions to make him happy in my 45
I have two picture one of him and one of the tank and looking at my rock I'm willing to move rock to make it better but it's really my return output that is strong for him it seems
Thanks guys

Anemone will move if flow or light or whatever it is they don't like much. Sometimes you can get them to stay where you want them, but I think most people put them in where they want them, then the anemone will move to where IT wants to be.

You could try putting it back and lowering the flow in the tank some if you have control of that via a DC pump or a valve of some sort.

When I had them in the past.. I just let them go where they were happy. Sometimes it's not the best place for viewing and such not... but I kinda felt like if it's happy there... so be it.
