Water Flow in 36g Bowfront

I am in the process of converting a 36 bow to salt. Do you think that a 1300 gph wavemaker is overkill? If so, what size(s) should I get?

That will move about all the water 36 times an hour. I think it will be fine.

I've got a 36 gallon bow front. I have a mag 7 return and a jebao rw4. Just started putting corals in it, right now they are on a frag rack. I think it has plenty of flow in it.

exact same tank and stand also...20g sump with a bubble magus curve 5 skimmer....I cut off my center brace because it was blocking the center cluster on my 27" maxspect razor unit

I thought about cutting my center brace and replacing it with some clear acrylic. But I have an ai Hydra 52 over mine so it is getting plenty of light.
