Water flow

Back to the old question of "How to quantify water flow to a noob like me."

I have a 90 gal tank with 580gph return flow, 2 Hydor Koralia 1150/850. Total GPH of all three is 2580gph. This is approx 25x my tank vol. High, moderate, medium, or low?
All help will be returned with a steak diner, if we ever meet! LOL.

20x total volume rate is bottom end for a Reef, so that would place you on the low end scale there.
I run a 240g total volume tank, with 6400gph in powerheads.
