So I have a biocube 32 led I upgraded the stock pump to the mighty jet 1200 DC pump and added a rfg nozzle. The idea was to add more flow for cycle and wave affect for my corals. I'm wondering 1) Can I have too much flow on my filtration and make my filter media not work correctly ad 2) if I were to add a power head is there too much water flow for a tank could i be turning the water over too much?

What’s the gallons per hour you intend on achieving with your flow? How much water do you have in your display?
I have a 32 gallon biocube and the mighty jet pump is cycling at 326 gph. I'm just wondering of I am pulling too much water past my filter media too fast. Would I be better off slowing my pump down and adding a power head?
