Hello im about to set up a 100.3 waterbox .71 gallon display 29 gallon sump. and i was wondering would 2 ecotech mp10's be as good as 1 mp 40 for my tank ?

Sorry, how thick is the glass on that tank? It might be a limiting factor with an MP10

glass is 1/2 inch i believe 12mm. Meaning the mp10 wont work, pushing you up to the mp40

Yeah agreed, it's too thick for an MP10 I'm afraid, but what you were thinking would have probably worked better than a single.

I have two MP40s on my 120G and it works well.
