So my rodi tds was mess up right. These whole time it was ready 7ppm but it actual value is about 79 80ppm, how long has it been bad? My guess would be a good 4 months. And I do water change of about 30 gallons every 2 to 3 weeks on average plus top off vary from 2 to 3 gallons every other day.

So is there any thing else i can do beside changing out the meter, the filter cartridge, di media and do a big water change? Add Carbon, gfo?.

Any advice or suggestions welcome.
Thanks guy

Has the tank had any big algae or cyano? fish stress. Thats the big question. Hows the tank. If its fine. your fine.

I agree with @saltyfilmfolks, if you haven't noticed an outbreak or any algae or cyano or anything else, change your rodi filters and keep reefing!
But if anything should happen, we are always here to help!

The fishy are fine but the yes on the algae and a Lil bit of cyano which stressed out my zoanthids.
You can always up your magnesium to rid the cyano away. Or try peroxide dosing.
Thank you for your kind words.
You guys here at r2r rock.
We do our best!

check your parameters esp ammonia. Id use some Prime or stability or a bacterial supplement. and run carbon if your not already. And get ready to scrub. ;)
This too shall pass.

Just test the ammonia, it came out undetected. Tmr I'll prepare 50g fresh batch of salt water and do water change.

Do you guys think is it safe to dose ammobuster after the water change?

The prime and stability dr t and mb7 also likely the ammobuster do the same thing. Add good Bacteria. Bacteria eats the ammonia.
The reason I suggest a bacterial is is the water contained chlorine it can kill off some of that good bacteria in the tank resulting in possible higher ammonia.
