I'm about to set up a 14 g Biocube and I need recommendations on where I should shop for containers to hold/mix salt water, and holding containers for RODI topoff H2O. I don't currently have a RODI set-up, nor am I inclined to put one in, relying instead on my LFS as my resource for that, and perhaps, for my salt H2O also, if i get lazy and decide not to mix my own. Keep in mind they need to be portable, so 5-6 gal containers would be the max, as I need to be able to transport them and carry them into the house.

I used a pet food storage container. It's BPA free, on the slim side so it's lower profile, and is easily moved if I need to. Plus, it only cost me $11 at Walmart! It holds 8 gallons of water. Works for me!

I have a 28 gallon nano and use cereal containers that I purchased from WalMart. I have the gallon size for my alk and calc and maybe 2 1/2 gallon size for the ATO reservoir. I like them because the large opening makes refilling them very easy.

The home depot 5 gallon buckets work great for me. Ive been using them for about 1.5 years now. On a smaller tank that should be sufficient.

Righteeoh. Got 'em. Also found press on lids that screw off once you've pressed them onto the bucket. They work great and absolutely seal the bucket air tight. Thanks to everyone who made suggestions. You folks are the best!
