Water is cloudy - looking for input

Hey folks,

New set up (9 weeks in) and things have gone well. Started with about 100lbs of dry rock/100lbs live sand, and Fritz formula 9. I have 2 Mocha-Vincci clowns and a few sps/lps frags while I wait for things to stabilize. My water has been cloudy for about 6 days.

My levels all seem fine

Ca - 420
Mg - 1350
Alk - 9
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate - 2
Ammonia - 0
Phosphate - between 0-.25 (API kit that sucks)
temp - 78
Sal - 1.024

Can someone check these pics? I feel like this is a white cloudy but I would have thought it would have cleared up after a few days. 20% water change last night did very little. Am I missing the fact that this is green cloudy and it just looks white to me?

The skimmer has been going nuts for well over a week. What am I missing?

Bacterial bloom. Will subside on its own most likely but a small UV filter could help speed the process up

UV Light can help prevent this

Uv will clear it up overnight. Will help with diatoms too

Ok, so it sounds like bacterial which is what I thought. If this will clear up on its own I'm hesitant to get a UV filter. Is a week+ a typical amount of time for this to go away?

I saw mine stay cloudy for 3+ weeks and got sick of it and bought this and it worked in a couple days.

interesting, so do you run this 24/7 from now on or only as needed?
