water level? BM 100SE

Hello all. I have a Bubble Magus BM100SE limited edition 10yr anniversary skimmer. An i can not find anything that has the recommended water depth for it. not in one manuel or panflet. not even on the internet at all. I even reached out to Bubble Magus an haven't heard back yet. so I'm reaching out to all my fellow reefers. I'm in the middle of a build an would really like some solid info. IDK if some one has a connection that can get me the recommend level. this is a new an improved version of the BM100. this has the DC pump DPS2000 also have to to gear gate wheels (I will post pics of them as none of the books tell me what the second one is for) I'm sure it will control the flow in some way. once again please any help on this will help me. happy reefing

All the skimmer info I'm finding for bubble magus recommends 7 to 10 inches. Not sure if it applies to your specific one. But I'd say try it somewhere in that range and see if it works

Thanks for the reply. yeah as I see most BM are roughly in that range. this is actually my 3rd BM an the other 2 were around there for water level. but what's bothering me is that I had solid info to go off. like the manual book an or the web suggested info. but this skimmer is a hidden gem lol jk. but man does anyone else out there have one with the 2 wheels. I know the bubble Magus curve A9 has the same wheel.
