Has anyone with a calcium reactor and a kamoer fx stp doser experience the water level in your calcium reactor drop. The doser is pulling vs pushing. I have a aquamaxx ctech t1 and I cannot figure out why this is happening.

Hi
I don't have that kind of dose pump, but my is pulling water too. Maybe is pulling to fast or you have a leak. How do you feed your reactor?

It's set to 12 ml and no leaks that's why this has me baffled. The pulling method allows the doser to pull water from the sump through the reactor which is how it's fed

My doser is pulling water from the reactor, but I have a small pump to feed my reactor. Maybe will be better put your doser for pull water from reactor

It's pulling . I was considering a feed pump. Do you have the kamoer and what size pump are you using. I hope it's not too much to ask for a pic of your setup?

Is the CO2 filling the reactor, like back pressuring water out?

Otherwise, it would seem to be an air leak from somewhere.

Never considered the back pressure...how can that be resolved?

I have a master flex and my calcium reactor is a lifereef.
The pump that I use is a small one, I don't have the data in this moment but I could look for.

I put a new circulation pump on my reactor (a Skimmer pump/ impeller) and that solved the issue for me. It might help to slow down the CO2 feed? These pieces of equipment can be difficult to tune or balance.
