Water levels

What are the best all around levels to have in a saltwater reef tank? I have no corals yet just two clowns and a peppermint shrimp. Give me some good info guys.

I would say there are a few different ranges for some of the parameters depending on if you are using carbon dosing, zeo, or ULNS... I can say what I personally use as target parameters for my 125G mixed reef...

Ammonia/Nitrite/Nitrate: 0
PH: 8.0
Calcium: 440 - 460 ppm
Alkalinity: 9.0 - 10.0 dkh
Magnesium: 1440

I know when running carbon dosing the target for Alkalinity is around the 7.0 - 8.0 dkh mark
