Is there a such thing as having to much water movement in your tank ? Current setup is 125g with about 1650gph powerhead and thinking about adding another powerhead of the same gph that was given to me. Any concern to this idea ?

You won't have any problem adding more flow, especially in a long tank.
There is such thing as too much flow but it varies with the conditions. I'm using 5500gph currently (in a 4ft tank) but increasing it beyond that irritates the softies and my tank turns into a snow globe due to the sandbed.

You can add a lot more flow if you wish to do so.

So really as long as nothing seems disturbed an my sand is not getting blown around I should be fine ? I hear that some use it as a way to filter(berlin style) I think it is called, but any truth to that ?

It depends on the type of livestock that you are keeping.....it a tank of LPS or softies, you can definitely have too much flow.

Don't have any now t was planning on converting a predator tank into a more peaceful an colorfull environment. So is this some thing that I should watch when I start converting?

If your keeping SPS, the more random flow the better. Softies nd LPS not so much, low to med flow.
