Water parameters okay?

Please test some new salt water. Any value in the 200’s is too low. You want about 400-550 ppm.
Also are calcium levels in the 200's too low for fish or do they not gas

Those values are very low, but I’ve not seen too much reason to think fish case. I would fix it, if real, however.

What you need to understand is that "good" parameters depend on what you are keeping in the tank.
I am keeping
Common ocellaris clownfish
Mocha ocellaris clownfish
Blue hippo tang
Powder blue tang
Cleaner shrimp
I have a 55 currently and I'm planning to upgrade to a 125 very soon

Yes, but the fact that calcium is so low at the same time is maybe more worrying. I'd not use tap water, for sure.
I have never used tap water and I'm conditioning the water with calcium every 3 days starting last week
