Water Parameters Okay?

Tank is 2 years old just need to double check to make sure parameters are good. So far tank is in good shape.

AMMONIA: 0ppm
NITRITE: 0ppm
NITRATE: 40ppm
PHOSPHATE: 2.0ppm
CALCIUM: 520ppm
KH: 196ppm
Temp 79.8
Soft corals/ rock flower

The nitrate and phosphate are pretty high. You can have an OK tank at those levels, but the risk of algae problems can be significant, and keeping it in check may be OK or not (IMO) depending on how that is accomplished.
