Water Parameters

So I have just tested my water in my 55 gallon tank and my water parameters were all good except for my calcium which
was around 580 ppm and my KH which was around 100. What do you recommend to do for both just water changes or should I buy buffers to reduce them? Thanks for the input.

The Cal will come down on its own. Your Alk however, that number being correct, is only 5.75 on dKH levels, so it need to come up to between 125-214
