Water Perimeters?

Not sure where you got that info from but it’s wrong. The Alk base is soda ash which gives it a big PH jump. I’ve used it for 5 years now and switched once away from a soda ash based 2 part and my ph average dropped to 7.9 from 8.2 over the first 24 hours.

Weird, I've been using it for close to 10 and never saw much of a pH benefit. Is there an original b-ionic and a new mix? Perhaps that's why... Anyway, the Sodium Hydroxide Version in Randy's link was a VERY CLEAR increase in pH especially relative to B-Ionic.

@Hitman Alright brother, I'm all ordered up. Now we wait! I may direct message you in the future when I'm setting up my dosing system for assistance in dialing it in.

There used to be 2 different ones and I think they dropped one not positive on that though. The proclaimed new ( 5 ish years ago ) ESV B-Ionic calcium buffer system is what the bottles say now and what I use.

Any time! I love it. I’m one of those lazy reefers I hate to say and since using it I’ve never done a water change and my icp test come back great. Once in a while I have to add iodide and manganese like 1-2 ml for a correction but that’s it. I also dose ESV transition elements about 2 ml daily now so when I send my next icp test out we will see how I’m doing. I now my PO4 and NO3 are so low I dose these now so my corals stay happy. Lol
