I currently have a 55 gallon up and running. I’ve been wanting to buy a new tank that’s drilled and go bigger. I just bought a 90 gallon tank off Craigslist. It has hard water stainson it.. at least that’s what I think it is. And I can’t get it to come off to save my life... I’ve heard vinager works well but I heard “bar keepers friend” works the same but is stronger... I went ahead and skipped the vinager and went to the BKF.. I followed some videos online that showed step by step to clean it that way, But I didn’t see any difference. I did a little more research and saw that some people used “CLR” calcium lime and rust. I only tested it on one side and after scrubbing for a good 30 minutes and letting it sit for a few minutes I didn’t see a difference... maybe I’m not scrubbing long enough but with nothing after almost 30 minutes I feel like I’d be scrubbing until my arm went numb.., any advice on what I should do ? Please help... I hope I didn’t waste my money buying it.

I’ve tried stuff that was apparently better than vinager and razor blades and it didn’t work,, you think I should go ahead and try it anyway ?

Doesn't matter what liquid you use, use a sharp razor, at a nice angle 45ish, use some force, careful you don't go too close to the silicone and damage that.
