Water temp for dr tim?

I’m getting ready to start Dr Tim’s recipe for success. Was wondering if anybody knows what’s the best recommended water temp? I’ve read that bacteria prefers higher temperatures in the range of 78-80. But if I do this I will have to reduce heat when adding fish correct?

It won’t matter they’ll work fine either way.
