Do these numbers look ok for a mixed reef? Besides NO3, I'm remedying that. Also I have a red sea trace colors kit, iodine, potassium, iron, bioactive elements, should I dose these even if I have had no calcium uptake?

Probably not. And even if you have Ca uptake, that doesn't mean the other elements get used at the same rate. Do you test for iodine, potassium, iron, bioactive elements? That's the only way to know if you should be dosing them. BTW, I don't dose any of those and I'd be willing to bet that well over 50% of the reefers here at R2R don't either. Why do you feel the need to dose those?

Over dosing things like iodine or strontium can be just as harmful, maybe even worse, than letting them get too low.

Do you do water changes? How big and how often? How many fish and corals do you have in the tank?

BTW, I just noticed you are in Florida. May I ask what part? I'm in Cape Coral (west of Ft Myers) and we often go snorkeling in the Florida Keys and do some collecting. You might find this thread interesting:
