I want to check if I'm reading correctly.

Assuming you started at 1.0 mls, the first would be (1.0 - 0.28) 0.72, and the second picture is (1.0 - 0.21) 0.79.

0.72 would mean my dkh is 3.9 that's not right

You are confusing the liquid delivered (0.72) with the reading on the syringe (0.28). The alk is 11 dKH.

Always remember, more liquid delivered before you get to the endpoint means higher alk. Thus, the 1.00 in the table means you delivered none and had no alkalinity.
