Ammonia should be 0 ppm. Which test kits are you using for your parameters?

How long has your tank been up?

Your ALK test seems off. I really don't know what to make of .2. Is that dKh(probably not) or ppm or meq/L? Regardless, it's off by a factor of 10 at least.

About 8 months everything super healthy nothing not doing well I’m overdue for a water change I’m going to do a 20% and retest

Sounds reasonable, but a 20% change will hardly alter any tank parameters.

What is the alkalinity?
