Are there any all in 1 water testing kits out there? And are they any good?

You mean like a test strip? If so then none that are any good for our purposes. Red Sea does sell kits. Like a kit for Alk, Ca and Mg. And one for No3 and Po4. Both kits have individual tests inside but they are packed together.
