Does saltwater go bad if left unaerated for two weeks? I left my power head off for two weeks in the brute trashcan I keep pre mixed water in. Does it accumulate bacteria or anything? I had it covered with a standard trash can lid.

Depending on the mix used. Most are fine, but some companies add stuff that makes it bad to store.
