I cleaned the sand on my 14 gallon bio cube about 5 days ago and I cannot get the water to clear out at all, Im thinking that maybe my pair of clowns in there are kicking up sand, But its making things problematic. their anemone is starting to not look so great and I'm sure its from the massive amount of particulate in the tank, What do i do!!!? One option i was thinking today was to move the anemone into my main reef and get him back to the good health we was in a few days ago, and move the clowns into my Fish only tank, Does anyone have any advice?

Your tank need a big water change , thick filter sock , some carbon and you should be back in biz

big water change and maybe scrub out the filter section, its messy back there now, but My anemone is looking worse and worse, Im worried

Moved the Anemone to my main and he is much happier for now, and the water cleared up finally, although I do think my tank is starting to cycle again due to all the water changes so the anemone will stay in my main for a bit.

Water changes alone won't cause your tank to go through a cycle again. More than likely the issue was caused when you disturbed the sand bed....especially if it had been untouched in some time and had some anoxic pockets

I was also going to say that you may have started another mini cycle on your system. As Whyzee stated mixing and messing with the sandbed can cause huge problems, best to not mix the whole thing just the top 1/2" or so. Check for ammonia and Nitrite also be sure the system is stablized for doing anything more. Good luck.

could be a bacterial die off from disturbing the sand bed cause you change the anaerobic zones of the aquarium so now that the bacteria is in a oxygen rich zone it will die off thus creating a (haze) in the water.

You have a few options.

Place a filter sock at the return in the 14g Bio
Run carbon in the Bio's sump, or just place 4 tbsp filter bag in the tank to aid in removal of foreign contaminants.
Or, just wait for everything to naturally settle in a few days.

Yeah I observed that, and it absolutely started to cycle again, my anemone is hanging out in my main reef until I get this tank leveled out again. But the water did FINALLY clear so at least its going in the right direction
