I moved about a year ago and haven't set up my tank because we've been upgrading the house. There is a water softener here and I'm wondering if I should get my source water for RODI before or after the softener. All of the big pieces are in place and we're eagerly awaiting the rebirth of the 120. Any thoughts on the matter?

Do the RO/DI unit after the softener.

Always use softened water for RO or RO/DI feed water. All membrane manufacturers recommend softened water since it is much easier for the membrane to treat.
