Does the salt label say what Alk & Ca should mix to? If it says much higher than getting lower numbers could suggest that they are coming out of soln. But those numbers don't seem very high to cause a lot of cloudiness.
I'm not familiar with that salt. Some salts I have used mixed to a milky color and it took a few days sometimes for the dust to settle. I quit using that brand (actually, the guy I got it from quit
