Waterbox 20 filtration

Won a waterbox 20. Going to use it to upgrade my 10 gal reef. My question is how do people run their filtration? How does the sock work?

I used the socks for over a year with no real issues. I changed every 3-4 days. I just changed to the inTank Aquatics media basket and filter floss. I am liking that better than the socks.

My 20 Cube is only a few days old, but replaced sock with basket/floss, and using bio balls in middle chamber for now.
