Waterbox 20 lighting

I’ve recently set up a Waterbox 20 and I have a radion xr15 blue left over from a old tank that I’m using

I currently have a torch and a few zoas and a goni and planning on only have lps/softies so I’m using the lps soft preset on mobious but as it’s quite a powerful light I’m unsure on what schedule intensity to use? Any idea what I should run the % at?

Start lower than you'd think and try adding a bit more and more light.
