Waterbox 20: Noopsyche or Reef Breeders?

I started my Waterbox 20 at the first of the year and tried Current Orbits to save money. I thought these would work for a while and allow me to upgrade in a couple of years. But, I’ve had trouble with hammers and torches with this setup and think it might be time to upgrade.

I love the price of the Noopsyche K7’s, but feel drawn to the Reef Breeder’s Photon V2 16. Any suggestions?

If you're drawn to the RB's V2 have you tried looking at the Ocean Revive T247? Price point of the Noopsyche (technically cheaper if you factor in a controller for the K7's) but has the form of the RB's with more power yet.
