Your setup looks great! Does the hang on refugium make a running water noise? I used to have a 5 gallon tank with a hang on filter that made sooo much noise, I had to take it out of my room.
Thanks! What I did was I put the sponge that came with it up against it. It’s super quiet! Not sure what return pump your using but I would recommend the mighty jet!
Great Idea! I'll probably use the pump I had in my Evo, I think it's an Eheim 1.0. But the mightyjet looks good, what's the turnover? 500GPH?
What have you put in the hang on filter to stop the chaeto flowing out?

I'm looking at setting up a similar tank, do you have plans to upgrade the size or do you think a 25-gallon cube is big enough for a bubble tip? I have 2 ORA Zombies that I would love to see host in a RBTA
Well I also have a 130 so I wouldn’t be upgrading. In my opinion a 25 gallon is a good enough size for them.I’ve seen many people keep them in this size too. It kinda depends on how many you have want and how often you feed them. If you want them to stay small you simply feed them less.
