Going with Prime 16 lights

Wich skimmer ?

Will a redsea Reefmat Fit ?

Return pump?

Prime lights are a good solution. They are reasonably priced, versatile and quite capable as well!

I would look at the AI Axis return pumps. Would fit well within the limited space of that rear compartment.

For your skimmer, the Tunze ones are great. Have a look at the 9004.

With regards to the Reef Mat, no, it will not work with this tank.
