So after trying to research this I am left confused....
On the website the suggested pump rate is 600gph, Now I can't figure out if this takes into account the head pressure of the system or if this is the final rate I am gonna need for the tank.

Here is the website for reference:
https://www.waterboxaquariums.com/silver/silver-marine/

It most likely does not take into account head lost. I have the waterbox 130.4 and the suggested rate is 1720gph, i bought thw octo varioS 6 and went to their website to find the head lost when i was looking to buy a return pump.

Where did you find the head loss for your system on thier website. I can only find manuals for the platinum series of tanks.

This is from coralvue website for my return pump, octo varios 6. Many manufacturers of the return pumps should have their rates shown for return flows

Waterbox is wanting 600gph after head loss is accounted for. The sellers or manufacturers would post the flow chart for their pumps. As an example this is from eheim for their pumps.

So assuming 4 or 5 ft of head loss you'd need the 1262.
For some reason the pic would not post. Just go to the seller or manufactures site.
