I continue to make progress on the bryopsis. So far, there is non to be found. I have raised magnesium to 1650, and used vibrant for a while. Then red cyano invaded. Stopped the vibrant and everything else. Then decided to try Dr. Tim’s cyano recipe (2 doses of Refresh every other day then 2 doses of Waste Away every other day, did this for two cycles). Well that didn’t work. <sigh>. I stopped that and am now dosing H2O2 (1 ml / 10 g every 12 h) Happily, that is working

. The cyano is starting to clear up. The tank is pretty clear of algae too. Even though Dr. Tim’s did not help on the cyano, I think it took the cleanliness of the tank to the next level. Hopefully I have turned a corner.
The Japanese Pink Nepthea needs trimming again. Going to frag it out and sell locally. Not enough money to be noticed on the new build, but every penny counts.
Here are some pics.
