I just use krakenreef filter cups with filter floss. 
just change out the floss every 2-3 days but it looks like they only ship inside the US and Canada.
If you can’t find socks, maybe look for 3D printed cup makers in your area. There is probably at least one. I find maintenance easier with cup than sock
