Waterbox Aquarium price increased

I was eyeing their 130.4 model and they made significant price increase. It was $2336 yesterday and today it is $2699. Similar Redsea model (reefer XL 425) is $2300. I think they pretty much increased price for all their models and generally cost more than redsea and wondering if recent 750 failure has anything to do with it.

it might have something to do with it as more people are seeing them as a superior product now, especially with glass overflows and much stronger stands. ultimately when buying a tank I would be happy to pay an extra 400 for a brand I trust more with a better reputation.

they recently re-designed their website, maybe they are trying to overtake Red Sea in the eyes of people as the top tank brand.

I am a fan of waterbox own the 70.2 myself but any large tank that uses low iron glass and is not braced can run into problems
