Waterbox bowing..

Ordering a Clearview lid for my Waterbox 220.6. Was asked to verify the side and center width because Clearview has noticed bowing in this particular tank.

Sure enough. 23 7/8 on the ends. 24 1/16 in the middle. Tried to ask other WB owners if they had this issue in the WB FB group, and they rejected my post.

That's crazy! Not necessarily the bowing (although I'd be concerned), but the admin's response. Hopefully someone will chime in soon with some advice.

Yes all of these rimless tanks bow. There are several posts about this around.

Search. It’s common for rimless tanks to bow. There is nothing holding the shape on top. Trust the silicone!

That’s why I went with something Eurobraced.

If anything I’m curious if this is a normal response from Waterbox.
