Really hate companies like water box that don’t sell parts.

I need to replace the drain lines. I figured maybe I can just put a 1 inch bulkhead but the hole is not big enough. And a 3/4” will restrict flow too much. (Waterbox 190).

So I’m looking at the union adapters from Coralvue.

The emergency drain will be easy since I can just cut the PVC and put the union on.

The primary drain will be a problem because as you can see the union it’s flush to the coupler.

And since water box says they don’t sell parts, one of the many reasons I will never own a water box ever again, i’m not sure what to do.

I figured maybe I can just find another 40 mm bulkhead and 40mm PVC and then go to the Coralvue union… But they don’t sell that in the states.

Yes, there are lots of videos on YouTube about it, but it looks like they’re all using brand new plumbing.

Genuinely curious, have you called WB customer support to ask if they will supply the parts/you can buy them from them? I've found Chris in their support department to be super helpful.

SOOO update. WB doesn't sell parts. Their CS was helpful, but even they admitted they're limited with the knowledge given to them by the company.

I now see why WWC, TSA, and many others *refuse* to deal with WB.

I bought the union (Metric to Standard) from CoralVue. I only needed the second half, of course. However, I'm pretty sure now that ANY union would have work since the threads all seem to be the same for these unions, and I only needed that second half.

All seems good now!
