Are (Waterbox) cabinets supposed to flex like this?
Back when I installed the cabinet (1y) it was somehow present already, although not so prominent I believe.

At first I thought it was due to the levelling feet. Bought composite shims and applied them extensively, still NOK.
It only happens side to side, not front to back. Also, only at the upper sections of the cabinet, opposed to the bottom.

Is there an objective risk to it? I really don't want to come home today and see a broken tank and ruined flooring.
Or am I just overthinking this?

Lamite flooring? If so it's sitting on 3-5mm of flexible underlay, noting you can do about it.

Although if it is indeed more wobbly side to side than back to front you may have loosened rear brace, if brace is present.
