Waterbox leaking.

My marine x60.2 manifold leaking. The main pipem im emptying half of the tank to replace the pipe. However the overflow box still filled with water. And its tiny space how do i siphon that out?

small pump with a hose attached, they make little sicces or maxijets, etc.
