Waterbox never arrived

It’s been 21 days and my Waterbox 90.3 still have not arrived from fedex. First initial date was the 10th and now today the 18th. I called for an update and they said the freight has yet to be picked up from the rail yard.


long story short is I never got the tank and I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I wanted a larger tank so this may be a blessing in Disguise. My problem is do you think I’ll be charge for a restocking fee because they failed to deliver on a timely manner?

last note : was not surprised fedex was late . They are horrible

Sorry to hear that. Our 90.3 was also late. We initially booked a delivery date of Thursday the 10th with FedEx freight, but they never showed. Called them and said it'd be here the following day -- never showed. I finally got Waterbox to contact them, it's basically just slowness on FedEx's end. They finally brought it Wednesday of this week.

Good luck. Waterbox support is pretty helpful. FedEx is completely worthless.

I did contact Waterbox , fedex was still crap. Like I said I wanted a bigger tank anyways. The dimension on the 90.3 wasn’t fit for me. Too small

Fedex been this bad for a decade . They can’t blame the pandemic

My fed ex lady sees live corals written on my delivery box and she goes out of her way to make me the first stop in her route in the morning.

Not many like her working there.

No one is as lucky as you when it comes to fedex lol I’ve ordered everything online for a decades and fedex for me has a minimum of 3 days late at least.
