I'm in need of filter socks. These 2.75 socks are hard to find. I'm thinking of doing the filter floss cup. I've never done filter floss but I'm tired of washing my filters weekly. I only have two and they are out of stock everywhere. Is it true you can use pillow filling?

You need to buy the media tray and use your choice of filter floss. The brackets for the sock need to be removed did it on my cube 20 no problem

What do you use for floss? This 2.75 socks are horrible to turn inside out and wash.

Just got it on Amazon for like $20 and I dont need more for a few months.

I just buy bulk online or LFS some folks buy the pads I just use the loose stuff
